Our blonde d'aquitaine beef is University of Tennessee certified and is processed to order to make it as fresh on pick up or delivery as possible. The below list is the typical cut list for our 1/2 Cow selection. Custom Ordering is avalaible through a submitted cut sheet (see custom order). Half of the order plus processing (butchering) fee is taken up front as deposit through the webiste, when beef is ready an additional invoice will be sent for the remaining balance of the order.
 
Order is based on 300-400lbs hang weight
Bulk orders are based on the hanging weight @$5.75, ex. 400lbs hang weight x $5.75= $2300
$2300 + 120 processsing fee 
1/2 of example cost is paid up front plus processing fee and reamining balance is billed after
Eample $1270.00(1/2 of example hang weight + processing) is paid as a nonrefundable deposit, after processing and ready for pick up an invoice for remaining balance ( $5.75x 1/2 of hang weight, ex. $5.75x 150lbs if under 400 = $862.5 remaining balance)  
Remember final cost are based on the actual hanging weight of the beef, not the example given
 
1/2 (one half )includes 
4 each PKG chuck, stew, sirloin tip roast, shanks short ribs.
6 PKG Ribeyes, 6 PKG sirloin, 6 PKG NY strips and 4 pkg filet.
2 packets brisket, and 2 flank roast 
Ground beef approximately 75 lb (75 one lb packs)
Ground sirloin 10lbs (10 one lb packs)
